Calendar Event & ICS Generator

Enter one event, then download an ICS file or copy a direct Google Calendar or Outlook link.

Your event details stay in your browser. Nothing is uploaded to One Job Tools or saved here. Opening or sharing a provider link sends the event details in that link to Google or Microsoft.

Event details

Times are interpreted in this time zone, including daylight saving changes.
Descriptions are sent as plain text. Write out full URLs, such as https://example.com, instead of using linked text. Your calendar app decides whether to make them clickable.

Extra options (.ICS only)

To keep a reminder or repeating schedule, download and import the .ICS file. Direct Google and Outlook links do not include these options.

Make an add-to-calendar link or ICS file

This calendar event generator makes a single iCalendar (ICS) file in your browser. ICS is a standard format that major calendar apps can import. Download it to keep the selected reminder, time zone, and repeat rule. You can also copy direct Google Calendar and Outlook links for the first event and share those links in a message or on a page.

For a recurring event, share the ICS file so the repeat rule travels with the event. A provider link opens the first event only. Neither link points back to One Job Tools.
