Campaign URL Validator

Check one campaign link or a full batch before launch. Find technical URL and UTM errors, then review naming differences as non-blocking consistency warnings.

Private by design. Your campaign URLs and CSV files are processed entirely in your browser and are never uploaded.

Private by design. Submitted URLs and CSV files are checked locally and are never uploaded.

Campaign link checks before launch

The validator separates technical errors from naming warnings. Missing required parameters, empty values, duplicate UTM keys, and malformed URLs are errors. Capitalization or naming variants across a batch are warnings because each organization may use a different valid convention.

Default checks

By default, every link must include non-empty utm_source, utm_medium, and utm_campaign. Spaces and inconsistent batch naming are flagged as warnings, while lowercase and underscore preferences remain optional.

How to validate campaign URLs

  1. Paste one URL per line or import a CSV containing a URL column.
  2. Optionally adjust the explicitly labeled validation settings.
  3. Select Validate Campaign URLs.
  4. Review the batch summary, filter by status, and correct the listed issues in your campaign sheet or builder.

Useful review workflows

Check newsletter links, paid-media trafficking sheets, partner campaign URLs, social posts, QR-code destinations, or launch-day link inventories.
