How to convert hourly pay to salary
Multiply your hourly wage by hours worked each week and paid weeks each year. At 40 hours per week for 52 weeks, that is 2,080 paid hours.
Annual salary = hourly rate × weekly hours × paid weeks
Account for unpaid time off
If you are not paid during vacation or other time off, reduce paid weeks. For example, use 50 weeks for two unpaid weeks.
