Choose how months are placed when a page has more than one.
Turn off “Fill printable area” to center a smaller calendar on the same paper size.
Turn off “Fill printable area” to make date rows shorter or taller without changing their width. The maximum adjusts to fit the paper.

Notes are omitted when more than six months share a page.

For PDF, choose “Save as PDF” in your browser’s print dialog. Turn on background graphics if your browser offers that option. Each page is exported separately for SVG and PNG.

This many months will be very small on one sheet. Choose one or two months per page for more writing space.

Make a calendar for the dates you need

Start with the current month or choose a longer date range. Show complete month grids, or keep only the week rows that contain selected dates. Pick one month per page for writing space, two months per page, or arrange all selected months on a single sheet. Arrange months in an automatic grid or stack them in one column.

Change the week start, labels, grid weight, notes area, and date highlights. Fill the printable area, or choose a smaller scale and cell height. The preview uses the same page drawing as the exported files, so spacing and page breaks remain consistent.

How to make a printable calendar

  1. Choose your first and last dates. The current month is ready when the page opens. Pick whole months or only dates in range.
  2. Choose months per page, automatic grid or single-column arrangement, paper size, orientation, and whether to fill the printable area.
  3. Print or save as PDF using your browser, or download SVG or 300 DPI PNG. Calendars with several pages download as a ZIP.

Yes. Whole months keeps the complete grid and distinguishes dates outside the range. Only dates in range removes unused week rows.
