Convert your shoe size

Choose the size you know. Results use an adult reference chart and appear in all other supported systems.

Sizes vary by brand. This converter uses a popular adult reference chart based primarily on New Balance sizing. Results are approximate, not universal. Check the shoe manufacturer's chart before buying.
cm

Adult sizes only. Half sizes are included where the reference table supports them.

How to measure your foot

  1. Place paper on a hard, flat floor with one edge against a wall.
  2. Wear the socks you normally use with this type of shoe.
  3. Stand on the paper with your heel lightly against the wall.
  4. Mark the end of your longest toe, which may not be your big toe.
  5. Measure from the wall-side edge to the mark.
  6. Measure both feet and use the longer measurement.

Measure while standing. Enter the actual heel-to-longest-toe length; do not add extra room.

Approximate equivalents

Shoe sizes can vary by brand and style. These conversions are approximate. Check the manufacturer's size chart when an exact fit is important.

US, UK, and EU shoe size conversion

This converter gives a practical adult equivalent without pretending that every brand uses the same mapping. Buying a unisex shoe? Many unisex styles use men's sizing, so the US men's and women's results can help you compare the two scales.

How the reference works

Each result comes from one normalized row containing US men's, US women's, UK, EU, and foot-length values. Conversions are not chained from one system to another. If a measurement falls between rows, the result shows the two neighboring sizes instead of claiming an exact match.

New Balance's current men's/unisex chart is the primary structured reference. It was compared with current adidas and Nike charts; their EU and foot-length mappings sometimes differ, which is why this is a generic approximate converter rather than an official chart for any brand.
